Carlsbad, N.M. - A staff member for U.S. Senator Tom Udall, D-N.M., will be holding 'Udall Serving YoU' Office Hours for Gallup area residents needing help with the federal government from 1-3 p.m. on Monday, July 13.
Udall staffer Cal Curley will be on-hand at the Northwest New Mexico County of Governments on 409 South 2nd Street on Monday to assist individuals who need help with a federal issue. Residents may schedule a meeting with Cal, by calling (505) 346-6791, or just stop by.
"If you're having trouble with a federal agency with things like veterans or social security benefits, my office is here to help," said Udall. "I encourage you to meet with Cal on Tuesday between one and three at the North Mesa Senior Center to review your case and find out what help is available. As your United States Senator, it is my goal to provide every New Mexican with excellent representation and assistance."

Veterans: Veterans' benefits, eligibility determinations, VA home loans, and replacements of medals earned
Social Security: Social Security benefits and eligibility, missing checks
Immigration: Assistance with naturalization applications, immigrant petitions for relatives and adjustment of status applications that are delayed or lost
Housing: Problems with housing vouchers, federal loan programs and HUD.
Passports: Obtaining an emergency passport, help with a lost passport and overseas travel restrictions
