New Mexico is one of the most beautiful states in the country, filled with diverse landscapes from mountains and forests to desert peaks and ancient rock formations, which tell the story of our history and culture. Not only do New Mexicans enjoy taking photos of our great scenery in all four corners, we like sharing them too.
That's why I'm on the lookout for great photos of New Mexico to feature on my website and social media channels. If you have captured a great picture, please share it with me and help showcase New Mexico.

You don't have to be a professional photographer - just have a good eye for capturing New Mexico at its best. The requirements are simple:
- The photo must be taken in New Mexico. When uploading, please note where the picture was taken and geo-tag the location if possible.
- The photo should be high-resolution (camera phone pictures aren't likely to show up very clearly).
- For this season's contest, photos should be taken in spring and summer. Other seasons may be considered for future contests.
- You must own the copyright of the photo or have permission from the photographer.

Unfortunately we cannot accept photos emailed directly to us. Please upload them using the free sharing site Flickr. All you have to do is:
- Join my Photo Contest group at:

- Upload your photos using a NonCommercial, ShareAlike Creative Commons attribution so we know it's okay to feature them.
